You'll lead dispatch operations for a steelmaking coal mine in the Elk Valley of British Columbia, optimizing truck shovel fleets to meet production targets safely. You'll empower a team of operators, leverage digital tools like Fleet Management Systems, and collaborate with maintenance and processing teams to achieve shift goals. This role offers a 4x4 day-night rotation and competitive compensation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Optimize truck shovel operations to improve production and reduce costs.
• Build equipment line-up sheets meeting skill set and training requirements.
• Operate Fleet Control and digital tools for equipment utilization.
• Enter crew payroll and equipment coding for hours and compensation tracking.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years mining experience.
• 1+ year with WENCO Fleet Management System or other FMS.
• Shift Boss ticket in dispatch (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
