You'll support Montessori classrooms for children ages 0–6 on an on-call basis, maintaining a calm and nurturing environment. Your impact ensures consistency and continuity of care, helping children thrive. This role offers flexible hours and a path to full-time positions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Step into classrooms as needed to support children and maintain consistency
• Assist with daily routines and classroom activities across mixed-age groups
• Help create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care

📋 Requirements

• Negative TB test within the last 12 months
• Valid state background check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for working with young children
