💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. This role lets you combine your fandom knowledge with retail leadership in a fun environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages return visits.
• Open and close the store, covering the sales floor as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales with fandom knowledge.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Passion for music and pop culture.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
