You'll lead a team of Creative Strategists and shape insight-driven creative work for a remote-first creative agency. You'll mentor strategists, partner with customers, and drive measurable business impact across brand, digital, social, and web experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a small team of Creative Strategists
• Oversee strategic development across multiple projects
• Craft digital-first strategies for campaigns across social, web, display, newsletters, and emerging formats
• Partner with Creative Leads, Designers, and Copywriters to turn insights into creative concepts

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in strategy roles within creative, advertising, or digital agencies
• Experience leading or mentoring small teams
• Ability to turn complex problems into clear, actionable strategies
• Data-informed thinker with analytical rigor and creative intuition
