💼 About This Role

You'll provide compassionate home health care to adult and geriatric clients in Cumberland, Harnett, and Hoke counties. You'll follow care plans and perform wound care, medication administration, and treatments to help clients remain safely at home. This role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow designated care plans per patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in assigned territories
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to management

📋 Requirements

• Current RN license in North Carolina
• Minimum one year of recent clinical medical/surgical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to assigned cases

• Strong computer skills
