🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather requirements from trading teams and drive system designs.
• Overhaul underperforming components and retire legacy product lines.
• Manage relationships with ODM and JDM partners.
• Bridge between hardware requirements and deliverables across layers.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in hardware product engineering or management.
• Deep understanding of mechanical and electrical design of production rackmount servers.
• Strong understanding of production rack power and cooling dynamics.
• Experience with ODM and JDM vendor management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Mechanical or electrical engineering experience (PE/FE).
• Direct experience with DLC systems.
• Familiarity with Open Compute Project, PCIe, Redfish, OpenBMC.
• Linux server experience.
