💼 About This Role

You'll drive revenue by prospecting and closing complex enterprise deals for an AI customer experience platform. You'll shape the sales motion for a fast-growing startup and collaborate with product and GTM teams. This role offers the chance to define go-to-market strategy at an early stage.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect and generate leads through research and cold calling
  • Manage relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts
  • Lead complex deal negotiations and close contracts
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise customer-facing sales role
  • Professional fluency in Italian and English
  • Experience managing a $1M+ quota and end-to-end complex deals
  • Proven track record in enterprise prospecting and lead generation
