You'll own enterprise revenue growth across HealthAxis' payer technology and services portfolio, serving health plan clients. You'll build a disciplined commercial strategy and lead complex deals involving core administrative systems, claims, and BPaaS. This executive role offers the chance to shape a company's market position in a transforming industry.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Create and execute scalable sales strategy for new logo acquisition and account expansion.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles for core administrative platforms and services.
- Develop segmented go-to-market strategy for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, ACA, and other segments.
- Orchestrate internal resources to pursue and close large-scale opportunities.
๐ Requirements
- 15+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare payer technology or services.
- Proven track record of closing multi-million dollar deals with health plans.
- Credibility with C-suite executives at health plans (CEO, COO, CIO, etc.).
- Experience with core administrative processing systems, claims, and BPaaS.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and SNP plans.
- Experience building and scaling a sales organization.
- Knowledge of regulatory landscape in healthcare payer market.
