• Own end-to-end program delivery across co-developed solution initiatives
• Manage concurrent timelines and complex dependencies across workstreams
• Establish operating rhythms and governance for intake, prioritization, and release
• Drive transparency through executive-ready reporting and remediation plans

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of program/project delivery leadership in agency or consultancy
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional programs
• Strong client management and communication skills
• Experience operating in ambiguous build-and-launch environments

• Familiarity with Adobe ecosystem (AEM, Workfront, Experience Cloud)
