Description

You will lead and scale a new Marketplace Integrity function within the Care department, protecting the marketplace from fraud, abuse, and platform exploitation. You'll own strategy, drive cross-functional initiatives, and foster a data-driven team culture to maintain trust and financial health.

Requirements

• 8+ years in marketplace integrity, trust safety, or fraud roles
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of AI tools for fraud/abuse detection
• Deep analytical and data-driven thinking skills
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Build and scale centralized Marketplace Integrity function
• Oversee operational ticket review, pattern detection, and incident response
• Partner cross-functionally (Product, Legal, Policy, Data) to fix abuse root causes
• Lead quarterly Fraud Abuse Round Table
• Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams
