Description

You will oversee all aspects of quality assurance, applying industry best practices and developing testing solutions. You'll work closely with product managers and developers to ensure successful delivery of projects, and have the opportunity to influence the future direction of the department.

Requirements

• Hands-on technical QA experience
• Knowledge of industry best practices in QA
• Experience with defect tracking tools like Jira
• Strong collaboration skills with product managers and developers
• Willingness to take on Scrum Master responsibilities (approximately 10-20% of workload)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures including regression tests
• Use test techniques such as White box, Grey Box, Black box, Test-to-Pass, Test-to-Fail
• Troubleshoot and investigate defects for software applications
• Report defects using Jira and conduct new functionality and regression tests
• Support end users during User Acceptance Testing phase
