You'll lead the Product Analytics function for the Moonpig Group, driving experimentation and behavioural analysis across digital products. Your work will shape product strategy and enable data-driven decision-making across teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and scale the Product Analytics function for experimentation and impact measurement.
• Embed best practices for experiment design and analysis across product teams.
• Own and evolve the product metrics framework including north star and guardrail metrics.
• Lead high-impact analysis and synthesize insights for strategic recommendations.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing Product Analytics teams.
• Strong background in product or commercial analytics within digital/e-commerce.
• Deep experience designing and interpreting experiments with statistical judgement.
• Advanced SQL and working knowledge of Python or similar.

• Experience building scalable analytics practices and self-serve tooling.
• Exposure to AI/algorithmic feature measurement.
