• Coordinate cross-functional safety launch readiness across model and product releases.
• Build operating rhythms across Safety Systems, Integrity, Strategy, and engineering teams.
• Design and run key internal programs including incident management.
• Work with technical stakeholders to create scalable, repeatable safety processes.

📋 Requirements

• Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Track record of delivering high-profile, complex projects against tight deadlines.
• Technically versed with experience partnering with engineering and research teams.
• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable processes for complex problems.
