💼 About This Role

You'll join the elite Wayfinder MDR team, providing 24/7 threat monitoring and response for global clients. You'll investigate complex alerts, uncover adversary intent, and collaborate with threat researchers to shape the product. This role stands out for its use of AI-native security tools and direct impact on enterprise protection.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively monitor and review threats and suspicious events
• Investigate alerts, triage, deep dive, and create remediation plans
• Perform proactive threat hunting using proprietary research cloud
• Contribute to knowledge base with malware analysis cookbooks

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Support, SOC, IR, or Malware Analysis
• Strong network and security knowledge
• Experience with SQL, bash, python, and powershell
• Multi-OS support experience: Windows, Mac, Linux

• Experience with incident response or threat hunting
• Experience with endpoint agent or sandbox security solutions
• Mobile platform experience
