💼 About This Role

You'll lead a presales team that helps enterprise clients understand how the AMPECO EV Charging Platform addresses their complex business challenges. You will combine presales execution with leadership and influence senior stakeholders, ensuring the presales foundation scales globally. This role is central to growth and the global energy transition.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing Solution Consulting team.
• Drive presales engagement on strategic enterprise deals including RFx, demos, and PoCs.
• Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to influence outcomes.
• Maintain and refine presales methodologies and assets for global scalability.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in sales or presales.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role managing teams.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise SaaS deals.
• Executive communication and influence with senior stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Domain knowledge in mobility, energy, or related sectors.
• Background in business consulting.
• Fluency in a second European language (e.g. French, German, Spanish).
