💼 About This Role

You'll lead on-site construction of hyperscale GPU data centers for leading AI labs. Your impact will be delivering mission-critical infrastructure on aggressive schedules. This role offers high ownership in building the compute backbone for superintelligence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily site operations and subcontractor coordination
• Enforce safety and quality standards on construction site
• Drive project schedules to meet aggressive delivery milestones
• Coordinate with trades, GCs, and union representatives

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of on-site construction on mission-critical projects
• Strong knowledge of building codes, OSHA, NFPA, NEC
• Read and interpret complex structural, mechanical, electrical drawings
• Manage project schedules, logistics, and materials coordination

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years in hyperscale data center construction (50MW+)
• Experience overseeing commissioning phases (Level 3-5)
• Background with hyperscale operators like AWS, Meta, Vantage
