Description

You will prospect, develop, and close deals with companies of fewer than 2,000 employees, driving adoption of Miro as their innovation workspace. This hybrid role involves landing new customers, nurturing relationships post-sale, and expanding into new departments. You'll work in a pod with BDR, Solutions Engineer, and Customer Success Manager to deliver a world-class customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying, closing experience in a SaaS Account Executive role
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong discovery skills with ability to ask insightful questions and understand customer challenges
  • Self-starter with ability to proactively build own pipeline
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach)

Responsibilities

  • Strategically prospect, build, and manage a high-conviction pipeline of new business and expansion opportunities
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover business pains and articulate Miro's value and ROI to stakeholders from practitioners to C-level
  • Execute multi-threaded sales campaigns, navigating procurement, security, and legal processes
  • Drive expansion by identifying new use cases and expanding Miro's footprint across departments
  • Collaborate with BDR, Solutions Engineer, and Customer Success Manager to deliver a world-class customer experience
