📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in fashion communication, marketing, or related field
• 2+ years of hands-on marketing or communications experience
• Familiarity with PR tools like Google Analytics and Mailchimp
• Experience with content production tools like Photoshop and InDesign

• Fluency in Hindi and/or Bangla
• Knowledge of SEO
• Experience managing social media for tech/software companies
