📋 Requirements

• 6-8 years of HR experience as a strategic HR Business Partner or Organizational Consultant.
• Proven track record navigating large-scale organizational change.
• Versatile communicator comfortable with data and C-suite conversations.
• Independent problem solver managing large, complex projects with minimal direction.
