💼 About This Role

You'll lead delivery of external compute capacity for OpenAI's model workloads, transforming third-party infrastructure into usable tokens at scale. You'll own end-to-end programs that convert contracted capacity into production-ready compute, driving cross-functional execution across internal teams and external partners. This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of infrastructure execution and business impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery programs for external infrastructure capacity.
• Manage readiness across compute, storage, networking, and security.
• Drive launch execution for new partner regions and capacity expansions.
• Establish reporting on deployed capacity versus usable token output.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of Technical Program Management or Infrastructure Delivery experience.
• Experience leading large-scale programs involving cloud or data center infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of compute infrastructure including clusters and networking.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution across engineering and external vendors.
