💼 About This Role

You'll provide exceptional AML support on the frontline, handling inbound queries via phone, email, and web. You'll manage cases end-to-end, working with internal teams to drive resolution and ensure service levels are met. This role offers hybrid work and quarterly wellness days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound queries via phone, email, and web
• Manage cases from start to finish, including complex enquiries
• Monitor queues and workflows to meet service levels
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Technology, and CX teams

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer focused environment
• Strong time management and ability to balance priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail in documentation and processes
