💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end supply chain strategies at a multi-modality advanced therapy manufacturing site. You'll drive production scheduling, forecasting, and inventory management for global clinical and commercial plans. This role is a key part of the Site Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Site Head.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead site production scheduling, forecasting, and planning processes.
• Execute capacity modeling for demand forecasting and suite utilization.
• Oversee material planning from tech transfer through commercial production.
• Manage GMP warehouse activity and third-party storage oversight.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Biotech, Supply Chain, or related field
• 10+ years in Manufacturing, Technical Operations, or Supply Chain
• Direct experience in global demand/supply planning and/or S&OP
• Expertise in supply chain systems (e.g., SAP, MRP, planning software)

• Experience in autologous gene or cell therapy
• Experience in contract manufacturing or client service organization
