You will be the dedicated technical expert for Ivalua's procurement software, managing client relationships for application maintenance. You will handle support requests, troubleshoot anomalies, and participate in upgrades, ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience with SQL and C#
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate with clients in French and English
• Knowledge of SaaS solutions is a plus
• Team player with client-centric mindset

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationship for application maintenance
• Troubleshoot anomalies and correct configurations
• Handle upgrade preparation (code, configuration, testing)
• Provide Level 3 support to clients and partners
• Conduct weekly prioritization and monthly review meetings
