Description

As a Lead Partner Solution Architect at Klaviyo, you will own the technical relationship with top global system integrators, designing joint go-to-market strategies, enabling partners through workshops and certifications, and building reusable solutions that drive customer success. You'll work at the intersection of engineering, partnerships, and sales, advocating for partner needs and influencing the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a strategic technical leadership role
  • Experience with system integrators or large-scale partnership engagements
  • Ability to design and deliver technical enablement programs
  • Strong consulting and executive communication skills
  • Proven track record of building reusable solutions

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver deep-dive technical workshops, certification paths, and training for GSIs
  • Empower partners with specialized sandbox environments, tooling, and guidance for high-impact demos and POCs
  • Build technical blueprints, reference architectures, and co-branded solution packages for joint GTM
  • Immerse in RFP process with partners to identify and qualify good-fit accounts
  • Synthesize feedback from GSI engagements to influence product roadmap
