💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the next generation of Crusoe Cloud's control plane, managing a global fleet of AI-optimized compute resources. You'll contribute to fault-tolerant, high-performance microservices that power the IaaS platform. This role offers the chance to work on energy-first AI infrastructure that's better for the world.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain scalable microservices for the control plane.
• Implement IaaS primitives for high-throughput, low-latency API responses.
• Partner with Product, Networking, and Storage teams on cloud solutions.
• Improve observability, testing coverage, and reliability of distributed systems.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of software development with proficiency in Go.
• Experience building and deploying distributed systems in production.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Postgres.
• Understanding of how cloud resources (Compute, Network, Storage) are abstracted.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Rust or C++.
• Familiarity with high-availability systems.
• Product-minded approach to engineering.
