You'll support licensed colorists to deliver a seamless guest experience at a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. You'll learn color services and work towards promotion to Licensed Colorist while driving revenue through memberships and retail sales. Stand out by training in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform shampooing, conditioning, blowouts, and hot tool styling.
• Assist in finishing services and product application per guest request.
• Contribute to sales goals for retail, services, and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English.
