You will provide pre-order engineering support, collaborate on custom solutions, review customer plans, and offer technical training. Your work ensures alignment with codes and standards while supporting sales and design teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in design, applications, or field service with power products
• Experience with AutoCAD and switchgear design
• Ability to read mechanical assembly drawings
• Experience with PLC/HMI programming, power studies, protection coordination

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-order engineering support with drawings, diagrams, sequences of operation, and bills of materials
• Collaborate with design engineering, mechanical, and production teams on innovative solutions
• Review customer plans and specifications for alignment with product offerings
• Deliver technical training on IEM products to internal teams and clients
• Ensure compliance with NEC, UL, IEEE standards during product evaluations
