Description
You will lead legal efforts for a strategic payments product, advising on product development, commercial arrangements, regulatory compliance, and operational risk. You'll partner with product, engineering, compliance, and external advisers to bring new payment experiences to market across jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Seasoned legal professional with FinTech or payments experience
- In-house legal experience
- Ability to balance innovative product advice with compliance
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks in APAC
- Out-of-the-box thinker with ethical grounding
Responsibilities
- Advise on product development, commercial structuring, and operational rollout
- Navigate regulated and non-regulated FinTech and payment activities
- Partner with product, engineering, compliance, and external advisers
- Influence product decisions and strategy
