Description

You will provide 1:1 coaching to customer success leaders using Mento's platform and tools, participate in ongoing training, and become part of a coaching community. This role helps professionals grow as leaders and find fulfillment at work.

Requirements

  • Director, VP, or customer success/experience leader with 20+ years experience managing teams
  • Relevant experience coaching individuals (coaching certification is a plus)
  • Passionate about helping people advance in the workplace
  • Self-aware with high emotional intelligence and ability to create safe spaces
  • Growth-mindset and comfortable in a constantly-changing startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members via virtual sessions using Mento Platform and Tools
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities
  • Communicate with members via Mento email or chat between sessions
  • Share coaching tools and insights with the Mento coaching community
  • Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as an ambassador of the Mento community
