As a Sr. Business Analyst on the Starlink Growth team, you'll analyze consumer metrics like LTV and churn, build forecasting models, and create dashboards to drive subscriber growth. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to inform pricing, retention, and acquisition strategies, turning complex data into actionable insights that accelerate the adoption of SpaceX's satellite internet.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years in business analytics, consulting, market research, or growth operations
• 3+ years with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• 1+ years leading projects
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in statistical modeling

Responsibilities

• Analyze consumer metrics (LTV, CAC, churn, cohort performance) using SQL and statistical methods
• Develop forecasting models for subscriber growth, revenue, and market penetration
• Create and maintain dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to track KPIs
• Conduct market research and price analysis to optimize revenue and affordability
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams on growth strategies and A/B testing
