Lead strategic and operational initiatives to optimize Agoda's supply ecosystem, collaborating with cross-functional teams and executive leadership. You will manage projects, drive data-driven decision making through analytics and experimentation, and mentor a small team to improve inventory quality and partner economics.
Requirements
- 5+ years leadership in analytics/data science/strategy
- 2+ years leading analytics or product teams
- Expert in SQL, Tableau, Python, or similar tools
- Strong statistical modeling and machine learning knowledge
- Bachelor's in quantitative field (CS, math, engineering, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Manage business cases for product development, headcount, and budgets
- Define success metrics and validate experiments
- Provide macro-led business intelligence and forecasts
- Drive interdepartmental process improvements
- Lead a small analytics team and mentor members
