🎯 What You'll Do

• Set strategic direction for Discovery aligned with scientific vision.
• Oversee design, execution, and interpretation of cancer biology experiments.
• Guide integration of wet-lab and dry-lab discovery for diagnostic concepts.
• Advance multimodal data strategies using genomics and AI approaches.

📋 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cancer Biology, Genetics, or related field.
• 13+ years in biotech, diagnostics, or academic cancer research with leadership.
• Proven track record integrating cancer biology with computational analytics.
• Deep expertise in genetics and genomics including NGS technologies.

• Experience with multimodal AI approaches.
• Experience in biomarker discovery leading to diagnostics.
