Description

You will provide one-on-one home health care to clients of all ages, performing assessments, monitoring conditions, and documenting care. You will have flexible scheduling, paid training, and clinical support while traveling to client homes near you.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes on a flexible schedule
• Follow and execute doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Deliver one-on-one nursing care including advanced care like tracheostomy and ventilator management
