🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute UX strategy tied to growth metrics
• Analyze product data (Mixpanel, funnels, cohort analysis)
• Lead design system creation and frontend integration
• Establish and run structured UX research practice

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years in UX or product design leadership
• Strong hands-on experience with product analytics tools like Mixpanel
• Proven track record driving retention or activation improvements
• Experience designing and running A/B tests end-to-end

• Experience in LegalTech or document tools
• Familiarity with TailwindCSS or React component implementation
• Exposure to PDF-based or form-heavy UX flows
