💼 About This Role

You'll design and build AI automations and integrations for a SaaS platform disrupting the restaurant industry. Your work directly boosts Sales Engineering capacity and speeds customer time-to-value through forward deployed engineering on strategic accounts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain lightweight automations for SE workflows
• Partner with strategic customers on complex automation and integration use cases
• Define and maintain data model linking opportunity, SE engagement, and deal outcome
• Create playbooks, demos, and enablement materials for SE and AE teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role
• Experience designing API integrations or data workflows in a SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and scripting
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with restaurant, hospitality, payroll, POS, or ERP workflows
• Familiarity with Salesforce reporting, BI tools, or RevOps partnerships
• Restaurant365 product or ecosystem familiarity
