You'll own and scale paid media at AfterShip, driving top-of-funnel pipeline growth across our ICP accounts. You'll improve unit economics through experimentation and build a consistent pipeline engine. This role comes with significant autonomy and direct support from the VP of Marketing.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own always-on ICP campaigns across Google Search, LinkedIn, paid social, and retargeting.
  • Drive paid amplification for product launches, events, content releases, and brand campaigns.
  • Optimize performance through A/B testing on creative, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Manage monthly budget allocation across channels based on performance data.

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B paid media experience, ideally in SaaS.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience as a pipeline-first marketer measuring MQLs, demos, and pipeline revenue.
  • Deep understanding of marketing attribution, conversion tracking, and UTMs.

  • Experience with paid social, retargeting, and app store advertising.
  • Ability to operate campaigns directly within ad platforms.
