πΌ About This Role
You'll own and scale paid media at AfterShip, driving top-of-funnel pipeline growth across our ICP accounts. You'll improve unit economics through experimentation and build a consistent pipeline engine. This role comes with significant autonomy and direct support from the VP of Marketing.
π― What You'll Do
- Own always-on ICP campaigns across Google Search, LinkedIn, paid social, and retargeting.
- Drive paid amplification for product launches, events, content releases, and brand campaigns.
- Optimize performance through A/B testing on creative, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Manage monthly budget allocation across channels based on performance data.
π Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B paid media experience, ideally in SaaS.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience as a pipeline-first marketer measuring MQLs, demos, and pipeline revenue.
- Deep understanding of marketing attribution, conversion tracking, and UTMs.

- Experience with paid social, retargeting, and app store advertising.
- Ability to operate campaigns directly within ad platforms.
