Description

You will manage the technical health of MixMode customers, acting as a primary technical resource. You'll handle support tickets, conduct training, deploy new features, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success with the cyber defense platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years in customer-facing Customer Success or Technical Support role
  • Experience supporting SIEM and Network Traffic Analysis platforms
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and Syslog-based log ingestion
  • Hands-on experience administering RHEL, Rocky Linux, and Ubuntu systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve technical support requests and cybersecurity issues
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on platform features
  • Handle setup and configuration of new features for existing clients
  • Help customers write scheduled tasks and develop custom queries
  • Build relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive platform adoption
