You'll serve as primary legal advisor to product teams building blockchain-based payment infrastructure. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise product and engineering teams on blockchain payments and financial infrastructure.
• Provide guidance on US financial services laws, money transmission, and compliance obligations.
• Design and implement internal compliance policies and risk assessment processes.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and security teams to embed controls into product design.

📋 Requirements

• J.D. degree from accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
• 7+ years of legal experience in fintech, payments, banking, or blockchain environments.
• Strong expertise in US financial services regulation including money transmission and payments.
• Proven experience advising on product legal and compliance matters in fintech or crypto.
