You'll own multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, focusing on B2B lead generation and funnel optimization. You'll drive measurable revenue growth through data-driven strategies and A/B testing in a fully remote, U.S. business hours environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad copy and marketing assets.
- Track metrics using GA4 and build performance reports with actionable insights.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on paid media experience with Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Proven success in improving campaign scalability and reducing acquisition costs.
- Strong experience with B2B lead generation and funnel optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
