Requirements

• Four year college degree required
• Minimum two years supervisory or management experience in healthcare, preferably home health care
• Demonstrated record of goal achievement and increased responsibility
• Proven interpersonal, recruiting, and employee relations skills
• Ability to organize, manage, market, and grow an office

Responsibilities

• Manage office services including budgeting, planning, recruiting, and fiscal management
• Monitor quality and appropriateness of services for compliance and client satisfaction
• Supervise staff education, training, and evaluation
• Support team and grow office by keeping abreast of industry trends and referral opportunities
