You'll partner with hiring managers to define needs and source top talent, shaping the voice-driven AI infrastructure that powers billions of calls. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to closing offers
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and strategy
• Source top talent via LinkedIn, Clay, communities, and referrals
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure exceptional candidate experience

📋 Requirements

• 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting in high-growth tech or startup
• Proven ability to recruit for technical roles like engineers and product managers
• Deep sourcing expertise across platforms (LinkedIn, Clay, niche communities)
• Experience with ATS systems (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and automation tools
