Success means building long-term partnerships and influencing both business and technical leaders. You'll work with innovative companies like SKIMS and Figma using our AI Content Operating System.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage renewals and expansions for a portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • Run consultative sales cycles to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Create and maintain account plans with clear next steps
  • Monitor customer health metrics to proactively mitigate churn

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales or account management in SaaS
  • Proven record of exceeding revenue growth goals
  • Experience selling API-based solutions in SaaS, CPaaS, or PaaS
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
