💼 About This Role

You'll maintain and repair heavy equipment and aerial lifts for EquipmentShare's rental fleet using proprietary T3 technology. Your core impact: keep customer and company equipment running safely and efficiently at job sites and the Chandler facility. This role offers year-round OEM training and the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed
• Travel to customer job sites for maintenance and repair

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to the position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a drug screen
