- Own post-sales relationships for high-value client portfolio
- Develop tailored success plans and conduct executive business reviews
- Drive timely contract renewals and manage commercial discussions
- Maintain detailed account profiles and health metrics
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in customer success, account management, or software delivery
- Proven experience in building strategic relationships across complex organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
