You'll design, implement, and maintain the technical infrastructure for Ninja Van's IT system. You'll ensure reliability, security, and efficiency, with direct impact on the company's success. You'll monitor performance and resolve issues quickly to meet changing organizational needs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement IT infrastructure according to comprehensive plans.
• Monitor IT infrastructure performance and ensure availability.
• Respond to incidents and service requests within agreed time limits.
• Implement disaster recovery and backup solutions.

📋 Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure implementation.
• Hands-on knowledge of network (LAN, VPN, VLAN, switches, firewall).
• Hands-on knowledge of system administration (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Workspace administration.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, PMP/Prince2, ITIL.
