You'll lead complex renewals and day-to-day servicing for a $1.5M–$3.0M book at a top independent insurance brokerage. You'll drive client satisfaction, mentor team members, and partner with producers to support new business growth. This role offers ownership in the firm and flexible work options.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a $1.5M–$3.0M book of higher-complexity accounts
• Lead end-to-end renewal execution: timeline, submissions, quote analysis
• Mentor Account Managers and enforce quality-control standards
• Partner on new business pursuits and onboarding

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial insurance experience
• Active state property casualty insurance license
• Proficiency in AMS/Epic or similar
• Ability to manage multiple complex renewals simultaneously

• ARM, CPCU, or other relevant designations
