You'll own the full marketing strategy for London and regional markets (SEA), driving user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. You'll lead high-growth campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and CRM to scale marketing across multiple countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive full marketing strategy across digital, brand, content, and campaigns.
• Lead and coordinate cross-channel campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, CRM.
• Plan and execute performance marketing with clear KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR).
• Build and lead content marketing engine including blogs, video scripts, landing pages.

📋 Requirements

• 4–7 years of marketing experience with strategic planning and execution.
• Proven track record in performance marketing and cross-functional campaign leadership.
• Strong understanding of paid media (Facebook, Google, TikTok), SEO, and CRM.
• Ability to lead creative production across digital formats (video, static, copy).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in high-growth tech or fintech environments.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Hotjar.
• Background in brand development, influencer partnerships, or event marketing.
