Description

As VP of Business Development at Centri, you will manage sales operations, design strategic plans to meet targets, and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients. You'll lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and deployment, partnering with segment leaders to improve processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales/business development experience, preferably in a professional services firm
  • Minimum 5+ years strategic business development experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or marketing

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
  • Provide leadership to sales organization and counsel to Chief Revenue Officer
  • Assign sales force quotas and allocate financial objectives to channels
  • Partner with segment leaders to identify sales process improvement opportunities
  • Design sales incentive compensation programs aligned with business objectives
