💼 About This Role

You'll own UX design end-to-end for portal surfaces, driving strategy and leading design critique sessions to elevate quality across the team. This role offers the chance to embed innovative tools and practices in a creative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own UX design end-to-end for portal surfaces
• Drive design decisions from customer problem to hi-fi deliverable
• Contribute to design system with reusable components and patterns
• Partner with PMs to review lo-fi prototypes for customer alignment

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of UX/product design experience
• Deep expertise in modern design system tooling
• Experience designing for web hosting, CMS, or SMB-facing products
• Strong systems thinking to design scalable patterns
