💼 About This Role

You'll support day-to-day bookkeeping and financial operations for a growing robotics company, gaining hands-on experience in accounting, process optimization, and data management. You will help build scalable financial structures that bridge theory and practice in a dynamic industrial setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day bookkeeping including AP/AR and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and issue manual B2B invoices and manage invoicing queries
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation
• Contribute to improving and automating financial systems and processes

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Hands-on proactive mindset with high attention to detail
• Fluency in English and German (minimum B2)
• Experience with MS Office or G-Suite
